Last week, we here at J.CON Salon and Spa rolled out our new communication service brought to you by Demand Force. Through this company, we are able to reach you, our valued guest, more effectively and efficiently. We are extremely excited about this new opportunity and hope that you will feel the same!

Appointment confirmations are now being offered via email or text.

If you currently have an email address on file with us, you will now be receiving a confirmation email 7 days and 2 days prior to your appointment. However, if you prefer to begin receiving a text message confirmation 7 days, 2 days and 2 hours prior, simply click the "update your preferences" icon directly from that email to make the switch.

If you do not have an email address on file with us, but have a cell phone number, you will be receiving a welcome text message allowing you to "opt in" to receive text message confirmations. Once you opt in, you will be sent a message 7 days, 2 days, and 2 hours prior to your appointment.
